NETHERLAND GOVERNMENT SCHOLARSHIP
Netherlands is an upcoming education destination. The country provides education in various fields. The country also offers various fellowship programmes aiding students who wish to pursue their education in the Dutch nation. Here is the list of scholarships one can apply for studying in Netherlands.
The China Programme focuses on excellent Chinese students who want to study or do research in the Netherlands for at least one academic year during or after their studies in China. The China Scholarship Council (CSC) is responsible for the Chinese part of the programme and the pre-selection of candidates. Nuffic administrates the Dutch part of the scholarship programme and is responsible for the final selection of the candidates who have been pre-selected by CSC.
The Erasmus Programme is part of the European Commission's LifeLong Learning Programme for mobility of higher education in Europe. Erasmus aims to encourage cooperation between higher education institutions in the EU. You can use an Erasmus scholarship to do part of your studies or an internship in another EU country.
NETHERLANDS FELLOWSHIP PROGRAMME
The Netherlands Fellowship Programmes (NFP) are demand-driven fellowship programmes designed to promote capacity building within organizations in 57 developing by providing training and education to their mid-career staff members. The NFP is funded by the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs from the budget for development cooperation. The fellowships are offered for short courses, Masters and PhD programs.
MENA SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMME
The MENA Scholarship programme is initiated and fully funded by the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The MENA Scholarship Programme aims to contribute to capacity building within organizations and institutions in the six selected countries: Algeria, Iraq, Lebanon, Morocco, Oman, and Syria. Moreover, a network of over 100 alumni positively contributes to the relation between the Netherlands and their respective countries.

There are several scholarship programs for MSc students. Several faculties offer individual partial scholarships/stipend for specific MSc programmes. Such scholarships are awarded on the basis of merit and at the discretion of the faculty representative. The university’s main international scholarship program for Master’s studies is the TU Delft Excellence scholarships which are fully funded scholarships that covers tuition fees and monthly allowances and living expenses.
MAASTRICHT UNIVERSITY SCHOLARSHIPS
Maastricht University sponsors a number of international scholarships for student from the following regions: Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe and South America.
UNIVERSITY OF GRONINGEN SCHOLARSHIPS
Several scholarships are available for international students who are motivated to study Bachelor’s Master’s and PhD programmes, as well as for exchanges, short courses at the university. Besides scholarships awarded by the University of Groningen, a number of grants awarded by the Dutch government, the EU and (inter)national organizations, such as World Bank or the Ford Foundation, can be used for study or research at the University of Groningen as well.

University of Twente administers a number of international scholarships for students from Asia, South America and Central America.
