Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has conducted another Express Entry draw, issuing 6,000 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) to candidates who demonstrated French language proficiency.
To be eligible for this draw, candidates needed to meet the following criteria:

Today’s French-language draw is the eighth of 2025, marking it as one of the largest draws this year, tied for the third-largest in terms of ITA issuances. As of this draw, French-speaking candidates have received the highest number of Invitations to Apply (ITAs) through the Express Entry system, with a total of 42,000 invitations extended over the last 11 months.
French-language proficiency draws have featured the largest ITA issuances of any Express Entry draws in 2025. These draws have accounted for the seven largest draws this year, with ITAs ranging from 7,500 to 4,500 invitations.
Today's draw also represents the sixth of November, following a Canadian Experience Class (CEC) draw on November 26, a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) draw on November 25, and a Healthcare category draw on November 14.
So far in 2025, IRCC has issued a total of 94,476 ITAs through the Express Entry system. The majority of draws this year have concentrated on Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) candidates, with additional ITAs extended to CEC candidates, French-language proficient applicants, and those in priority Express Entry occupation categories.
