Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has issued a new round of Invitations to Apply (ITAs) under the Express Entry system.
In the latest category-based draw focused on Healthcare and Social Services occupations, IRCC issued 3,500 ITAs.
To be eligible for this draw, candidates were required to meet the following criteria:

Today’s draw marks the sixth draw of 2025 for the Healthcare and Social Services occupations category, featuring the lowest CRS cut-off score yet for this category.
So far this year, candidates in the Healthcare category have received the third-highest number of ITAs among all Express Entry groups, with 13,292 invitations issued as of this draw. Healthcare remains one of IRCC’s top priority categories for 2025.
This is the third draw of November, following a Canadian Experience Class (CEC) draw on November 12, a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) draw on November 10, and a French language proficiency draw on October 29.
As of now, IRCC has issued a total of 85,723 ITAs through the Express Entry system in 2025.
This year’s Express Entry draws have predominantly focused on PNP candidates, with the remaining ITAs allocated to CEC candidates, those with French language proficiency, and applicants in IRCC’s priority occupation categories.
