Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has released additional invitations to apply (ITA) through the Express Entry system.
In this latest draw, 1,000 ITAs were issued specifically for Canadian Experience Class (CEC) candidates.
To be eligible for this draw, candidates were required to meet the following criteria:

A minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 533; and

Creation of an Express Entry candidate profile before 3:39 a.m. Universal Coordinated Time (UTC) on October 17, 2025.

Today's draw marks the fifth consecutive Canadian Experience Class (CEC) draw with a CRS cut-off score of 533 or 534, and the issuance of 1,000 ITAs. Since August, IRCC has consistently maintained this pattern for CEC draws.
However, today's draw deviates from the previous pattern of holding one CEC draw approximately every four weeks, a schedule IRCC followed from July to October this year. The previous CEC draw took place just over two weeks ago on October 28.
This draw is the second one in November, following the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) draw on November 10, a French-language proficiency draw on October 29, and the CEC draw on October 28.
As of now, IRCC has issued 82,223 ITAs through the Express Entry system in 2025.
This year's Express Entry draws have predominantly focused on PNP candidates, with the remaining ITAs allocated to CEC candidates, individuals with French-language proficiency, and those in priority Express Entry occupation categories.
