Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has conducted another round of invitations through the Express Entry system.
In the most recent draw, held on August 18, 2025, a total of 192 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) were issued to candidates under the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP).
To qualify, candidates were required to meet the following criteria:
- A minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 800
- Submission of an Express Entry profile before 7:17 p.m. UTC on February 11, 2025

Key Highlights
- The August 18 PNP draw marked the fourth Express Entry draw of the month, recording the second-highest CRS score of 2025 (800 points). The highest so far this year was 802 CRS in the February 4 PNP draw.
- This was the second PNP draw of August, following the August 6 round. Other draws this month included a French-language proficiency draw (August 8) and a CEC draw (August 7).
- With this round, IRCC has now issued 53,320 ITAs in 2025.
