Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has held its second Provincial Nominee Program (PNP)-specific draw for October, issuing 302 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) under the Express Entry system.
To qualify for this round, candidates were required to have:

A minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 761, and
-
An Express Entry profile created before 2:14 a.m. (UTC) on September 26, 2025.
This draw reflects IRCC’s continued focus on selecting highly skilled candidates nominated by provinces to meet regional labor market needs across Canada.

Today’s draw marks the fifth Express Entry round held in October. It follows earlier draws for Healthcare and Social Services on October 15, a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) draw on October 14, and a French language proficiency draw on October 6.
As of now, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has issued a total of 73,485 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) through the Express Entry system in 2025.
Throughout the year, most draws have targeted Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) candidates, while the remaining ITAs have been issued to applicants under the Canadian Experience Class (CEC), those with strong French-language skills, and candidates in priority occupation categories.
