Ontario Resumes PNP Draws, Issues 3,719 Invitations Across Multiple Streams

After a pause of over four months, the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) resumed its draws on June 3, issuing a total of 3,719 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) for provincial nomination across ten rounds.

The ITAs were distributed under three streams of the Employer Job Offer category:

  • Foreign Worker Stream
  • International Student Stream
  • In-Demand Skills Stream

All profiles considered were created between June 3, 2024, and June 3, 2025.

Reduced Nomination Quota for 2025

These draws follow Ontario’s announcement that its 2025 nomination allocation has been cut by 50%, bringing the total to just 10,750 slots.

Due to the reduced quota, foreign nationals are advised to anticipate longer processing times.
